Refund policy

1. Digital Products — No Physical Returns

All products sold on desyner.store are digital templates and digital content. There are no physical goods to ship, return, or exchange. As such, our refund policy is tailored specifically to digital downloads and access to template files.

2. EU & UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the contract conclusion without giving any reason and without incurring any costs.

However, for digital content that is made available for immediate download or access, you expressly waive this 14-day right of withdrawal when you complete your purchase, provided that:
- You have given your express consent to receive the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period ends; and
- You have acknowledged that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal.

At checkout, you will be required to check a box confirming that you consent to immediate delivery of the digital templates and that you understand you are waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal. Once you have downloaded, accessed, or started using the templates, you are no longer eligible for a refund under the right of withdrawal.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of desyner in the following circumstances:
- Technical Defect: If a template file is corrupted, unopenable, or otherwise technically defective, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 7 business days.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same template pack twice, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
- Unauthorized Purchase: If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and our payment processor to investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@desyner.store within 14 days of your purchase. Include:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A detailed explanation of the issue (including screenshots if applicable)

We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after downloading or accessing the templates
- Incompatibility with your specific version of Canva (free vs. Pro) — we recommend checking template requirements before purchase
- Loss or deletion of downloaded files — we provide re-download links upon request
- Dissatisfaction with design style — we encourage reviewing product previews before purchase

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you retain all rights granted to you under mandatory consumer legislation, including the right to pursue remedies through your local consumer protection authority.
